Our Blog is an up to date record of what we have been up to both in the school and out of it. We endeavour to update it as regularly as possible and include a sample the days pictures when available.

You can scroll back through the
Blog and follow various students progress through their training and get a good idea of how the school operates.

You will also find records of our trips abroad which will give you a good idea of what to expect should you wish to come on one with us.

Full on for one

With Bill B having stayed down we were up for making the most of the day and that is just what we did.  Off to the field we went with Bill and it was not long before after yesterdays ground handling practice we were up and ready to tow.

Looking good as we get set to go

With Bills previous flying experience we managed to crack on putting away the flights with regular breaks for liquid refreshment and applications of Sun tan lotion, and it's October!  To be honest it was like summer in the field, the birds singing, the sun shining and the thermals popping, lovely.

Bill walks back from a low level flight ....

....... before heading off to higher ones

With the low level flights out of the way we moved into high flights and worked nicely into the CPC tasks.  By mid afternoon and with 21 flights under his belt Bill was starting to flag a little, so was I, and we decided to call it a day.

floating in from the top of the line

whoops  accidental shot but was that hot

Packing up after a full on day for Bill

A  relaxed pack up  and it was off home for a well earned rest and a bit of theory.  A check of the weather showed it looked good for Bills flight home tomorrow and it was off to the pub for a meal, oh only after taking and passing a few exams ;))

A super day and whilst I would not recommend it for everyone it certainly worked for Bill who put in close on 4 days work at most schools in one day maybe 2 days would be ideal.

Quote of the day "it feels a bit soft"
